Anita Traverso Gallery announces this year’s last instalment of AT_SALON2, the ‘mini-art-fair’. ‘Season 3’ sees thirteen artists, designers and writers join in the most thrilling showcase yet.
As part of ‘Season 3’ the gallery invites visitors to partake in an interactive viewing experience, leaving their impressions of the works on Post-it® notes around the gallery – an idea akin to Alain de Botton’s ‘Art as Therapy’ project – to provoke some deeper critical appraisal and interpretation; insights not usually made available to either artist or fellow viewer. ‘Season 3’ showcases various versions of the Salon model featuring works with strong conceptual and process-based qualities by two international, and eleven Australian artists.
