More than mere sustenance, food connects us to family, friends, community and culture, shaping identity and preserving traditions.

Mechelle Bounpraseuth, ChiliPhilly, Zena Cumpston, Laetitia Olivier-Gargano, Callum Preston, and Elizabeth Willing explore the intersection between food and art and celebrate our layered and complex relationships with food through craft, sculpture, printmaking and stories: from ChiliPhilly’s crochet wearable art in the form of edible items such as tacos and teabags to Preston’s hand-painted replicas of everyday food products found on the shelves of our local corner store.
